Description

A German immigrant, Sr. Apfel, built a number of houses in Caburgua (ca. 1950) using a style that the locals called "chalet." It had a cement celler and foundation, a stone fireplace and chimney, wood siding, and a shingle roof. In 2000 ca. the house burned and was rebuilt.
