World War I Memorial Plaque
Beneath the millstones, located between the north tennis court and the northwest corner of the west wing of Bellamy Hall, is a plaque. The plaque dedicated the tennis courts to the memory of the men of Oregon Normal School who enlisted for World War I. The funding for the tennis courts was provided by "students, faculty, and friends of this institution." -
Women Dine in Todd Hall
The interior of the dining room in Todd Hall. Groups of women are seated at the tables with silverware neatly placed in front of them. It was a practice to have formal dinners on Sundays and Wednesdays to learn good table manners. The hostess of the table rotated.

Whitney Bellinghausen Memorial Tree
A memorial Cherry Blossom tree was planted for Whitney Bellinghausen after her death in 2008. Bellinghausen was an American Sign Language student who passed away after being severely injured in a car accident in February, 2008. The tree was dedicated in October, 2008 on her 21st birthday, and it is located between Landers Hall and Lot J.
The image is from the dedication ceremony where the tree is in the middle of the image. Two golden shovels are behind it and were used to plant the tree. To the left of the tree is a statue of a white dog with pink spots wearing a pink hat. In the background Landers Hall and other trees can be seen. -
Where the Grove Once Stood, 2018

Virginia Tech University Memorial Tree and Plaque
This flowering cherry tree is located on the lawn between Landers Hall and the Lot J Loop parking lot. It was dedicated in 2008, and the plaque reads "This living memorial is dedicated to the 32 Virginia Tech University faculty and students whose lives were tragically taken from them on April 16, 2007."
In the photograph, the Virginia Tech University Memorial Tree is located on the right side of the image. The tree in the center with the golden shovels is the Whitney Bellinghausen Memorial Tree.
